We love to support local artists and look forward to working with all types of subject matter that is tasteful. We will ask during the signup process you subject matter. Pets are welcome.

The owners of the studio share are also full-time photographers with Indy Photo Studio & Indy Sport Group. Our main focus has been sports photography and will still have a focus in that subject as we have many contracts with companies and schools across central Indiana. We reserve the right to restrict sports related photography to customers outside a 100 mile radius of our studio. When you visit you will see all kinds of high end sports equipment. These are available for rent for those outside of that radius. Please ask for details or if you have any questions.

Bookings can be made by contacting us for the studio and amount of time needed. Fifty percent of the fee is due at booking for hourly rates, and the full amount is due 7 days before your shoot.

Your setup and tear down times are including in the block of time you have rented. If you think you need more time before your shoot, please contact us to see if we can accommodate and add to your rental. Any time that runs over your scheduled time will result in the base fee of $100/hr.

You may cancel for full refund 7 days prior to your rental date. Anything up to 24 hours will be given a credit, and anything within 24 hours no refunds will be given (weather and other events pending). It's your responsibility for your clients, equipment, etc to show up at the rented time slot.

We do not have standard open/close times for the facility. The owners are also full-time photographers, so we may either be in studio or on location. If the door is open, come on in! But it's best to call ahead for an appointment if you'd like a tour of the facility.

Rentals can be made 24/7 in most cases. Anything late or overnight hours may incur a fee. Please call for details.

Full-time members will require insurance, all others will be required to sign a waiver before they can use the studio.

Any damages to props, backgrounds, equipment, etc will need to pay repair or replacement costs. Please leave it as you found it!

You are responsible for all setup and use of equipment. If you have any questions about unfamiliar equipment, we will work with you prior to your rental to make sure you are up to speed. If you are in need of help, an assistant can be provided for an additional $25/hr. Please ask for details. We do also offer training classes for a fee.

We love pets...we have been known to bring ours in on occasion. But do ask to talk to us ahead of time so there is no conflicts with other shoots that may be going on or if they are barkers! We do ask that they stay in a crate or on a leash and to make sure to take them out and clean up after them for any messes (we do have special cleaners for messes). We have water dishes and gates available.

We have a viewing room with 2 couches and a 55" TV that can be used for sales and presentations. Free wifi is also included and has a strong/fast signal throughout the facility to allow for uploading and live streaming in most cases (we have super fast Metronet Fiber). You can either connect directly via HDMI, or wireless via Roku (built into the tv) or Apple TV for Apple devices.

We have cameras in each room and studio in the building that records 24/7 for security and insurance requirements. Everything is stored in the cloud and not viewed unless an issue or event requires it.

We provide drinks, snacks and a place to serve and warm up food and a coffee maker is available as well. If you are going to have larger group...please don't raid the fridge! Please bring your own food or catering, we can provide a list or help with those needs. We do have plates, silverware, etc as well as some plastic wear and paper plates. Please clean up the area if you use!

We have parking spaces right at our front door, and a rear entrance with overhead doors if needed. The facility has a ramp and ADA accessible restrooms. Please let us know if you have any other needs!
